INTRODUCTION

The idea for this book, Heart and Soul came about because I had a wealth of knowledge combining my emotional and rational mind. It was full of intelligence that was making sound common sense and a realisation that it needed to be shared for the greater good. Realising that knowing something is not always enough unless others have the benefit of sharing in the delights of what it is worth.

Heart and Soul will take you to places you never knew existed as if they were intentionally hidden from you. Loving what I do with a passion I know now I was born to write. I want to share with you the knowledge of what have I obtained through dealing with my own pain. This is my gift to you. It will shine light on any of the dark areas of your life allowing you see a deeper and more fulfilling way to understand yourself better, and give you new options by revealing discovering the true reasons as to why you’re here on earth in the first place. Bringing new meaning and realisations that will challenge your concepts and belief systems and a message and wisdom that is timeless, to say the least. Some of it may even prove to be a wake-up call. It will help you see where you are going wrong and see the pitfalls, before you fall into them. It will address all concepts of human nature and its deep-seated desires. Its pages are filled with empathy for the struggles we face. It will embrace the soul as it journeys through life. Seeing things for what they really are and not what they seem to be. It will help you to respond effectively in a way that makes a real difference as to how you approach and live your life.

We are all learning as we go along, to be able to draw comparisons and gather information is sometimes the best option to help ourselves on our way, as it gives a sense of control to a situation that would otherwise seem out of control. If you can relate more easily to someone else’s situation all the better.

Take heart. You are not alone. If you really had a chance to realise how many people who are, right at this moment, in the very same situation as you, feeling the same lack of understanding and isolation, you would be amazed, I can assure you. Knowing you are not unique in that sense, breaks down the wall of isolation allowing you feel a natural empathy with others, really does make such a huge difference, as to how you then approach the situation. If you think you are ever alone it is a misconception on your part. You are never actually alone - you may cut yourself off to feel alone, but this is an illusion. Heart and Soul tells you that you are never alone and to take heart in knowing that fact. You may be physically on your own but not in your beliefs, only in the ways you analyse your situation.

Heart and Soul knows the struggles that have to be faced. It will tell you whatever you want to know to understand and help yourself to the best of your ability. How far you go is determined by your own ability to be open and understand, taking into account everyone is different, as it is designed to your own personal needs. With that in mind, depending on how you can adsorb its contents, it will show you there is light at the end of the tunnel for everyone concerned and show the reward for having made the journey in the first place. There are no stereotypes used as we are only looking for who you really are as an individual.

I really enjoyed writing this book. The love I felt went straight from my heart to my pen and paper. I love to write by hand, it feels more natural that way. Anything I discuss, I have experienced first hand myself. I have arranged everything in such a way that it will respond to your emotional needs and bring hope and comfort. Heart and Soul is heart rending to say the least. It is that conversation you have always wanted but for some unknown reason you never had. Heart and Soul knows what it takes and needs to resolve. I would not dream of trying to tell you something I did not already believe myself so this book will hit that spot. We all have the knowledge but may never uncover how to reach it in a way that is effective or makes a real difference. It will change your life for the better, giving it a sense of resolve, bringing new insight and a knowledge of how to do things differently when faced with situations that need your absolute attention.

It is a dear friend who makes your heart light up when you meet, knowing you are so pleased to see him or her. It has that effect - food for a hungry soul and tired mind. It can be as light as you wish, or have an intensity that will blow you away. It will give you directions to a place of understanding and, in time, pure joy. This book loves you heart and soul, wherever you may be. It is telling you it is there should you ever need it, for it will never diminish its longing to assist you should you ever need it. Its words are searching with you to find the answers you need to make your life whole and complete.

It will reach into the deepest parts of your existence; it is your companion, your one true friend, which wants the very best for you every inch of the way and more if possible. Until you are happy enough and at ease with your self and who you really are, as a person. It will never abandon you or lose its special effect, it wants what you want and it needs what you need, it has you in mind. There is real love placed between the very lines that are written. It may be invisible to the naked eye but, its as real as the words you are reading, sometimes its not always possible to see what is real, it can be because we are too afraid or we have no beliefs.

It does not mean something is not real because of it. Always allow for that fact because it is a fact. I wish to support you in every way possible and encourage you to find resolve and emotionally free yourself from the trappings of life and show a different way to feel happy and free. I will search with you to find what works best for you and, when it feels right, you will feel the certainty that it gives you. To me there is no such thing as failure, the word holds no meaning, and that leaves everything within your reach. Everything is then possible as it is then your choice.

What do you really want and what it would take for you to be truly happy? Heart and Soul will give an insight into the wisdom it has taken to write this book and my willingness to share it with you. It will tell you that you are truly beautiful in every way and to take this feeling and place it in your heart so it can shine for the whole world to see its beauty. It will stay with you every moment of everyday; it is everything you want it to be and more besides. It is goodness.

Heart and Soul will radiate from you, from the core of your being, allowing you generate as much healing energy you should ever need. It will equip you to have a natural empathy for others for and the struggles we all face. It loves you enough to let you go, should you wish to leave, it wants you to enjoy your life fully. Its inspiring ways will teach you to reach for the stars. It understands your needs better than anyone ever could. It is going to be an experience you will never forget, or want to. It will bring definition and a deeper meaning to all things. It approves of you in every way. If you should fall, it will teach you to get back up, dust yourself off and start again and learn how to nurture yourself, to sustain you, in the best possible way. The reason of why you have fallen in the first place was so you could learn how to take care of yourself. I am going to show you how to pay attention to detail and show you how to apply yourself, in the most particular ways possible. There is no mountain too high or valley too deep. It will prepare you to bring home some true values that get missed along the way. Knowing the importance of everything allows me show you where you may be going wrong and learn to correct this for yourself. The only requirements are time and patience to follow it through to the end.
