Getting your book to look just right is the first step in publishing any book and we at Choice Publishing can help you create a professional and unique book layout.  We want to cater for authors of all levels and not just the Computer expert.

 

Should you require us to type your manuscript from handwritten pages or from a previously printed book (software to which is unavailable), we offer a special typesetting and inside page layout service.  This service is available to all authors and does not require you to be a Choice Publishing Author.  We will simply type your manuscript from your submitted file/pages to your specifications and return it to you via email with one fully printed copy. 

 

Unfortunately , it is impossible to quote an exact cost for typesetting as it will depend on how many pages, words, illustrations, etc are included in your manuscript.  We are happy to offer quotes on individual jobs.

 

First impressions will always last and therefore it is vitally important to have a good first impression of your book.  One of the most important features of your book, is to have an attractive, well thought out Cover Design.

 

We, at Choice Publishing offer a number of options when it comes to your book cover.

 

We have a number of professional graphic designers who are willing to offer their services to you and we are happy to arrange a meeting or forward you their contact details, where you can make appropriate arrangements with them.  Note their fees/charges will be paid directly to them.

 

Should you have a photo or image you would like to use as your book cover, we can work with you and design a cover using your submitted file.  Just provide us with a sketch of your cover idea and your original photos, artwork or scans.  Note Photos scanned need to be 300dpi at final size.

 

Book Services

Once you have decided to self-publish your book, and are willing to make an investment in your work, it is extremely important to be entirely happy with the content/text of your manuscript. 

You can read and reread your manuscript and we feel that it is a good idea to have someone else also read your work as you may have missed some easily made errors.  You may decide that a family member or a friend be the best option and they will certainly be the cheaper option.
