About the Author:

 

Dr. Paul Gaffney

 

Paul has worked as a Clinical Psychologist for over 25 years and is Lead Consultant in High Performance Sport Clinical Psychology at Sport Ireland Institute (SII)  and is a Consultant Tutor with the Association for Psychological Therapies (APT). Paul is based in Cavan and has collaborated with Lynda on a range of projects over the past five years. He has  particular interests in high performance, trauma informed practice and psychological wellness.

Lynda Crawford

 

Lynda works as a retail assistant in Cavan Town and also enjoys some proofreading from home.     A background as a medical secretary in Dublin, a team member in Crannóg Bookshop and a keen interest in needlework, has given her an eye for detail, while raising three children has honed her sense of patience. Working with Paul has inspired her to further develop those creative and admin skills and has given her an outlet for her perfectionist tendencies!
